REGISTRATION OF MARRIAGE

The marriage parties are required to submit an application in person. Please make an appointment with a consulate official in advance.

The following documents are required :

  1. The marriage parties’ valid passports.
  2. A divorce certificate or court’s judgement is required if one of the marriage parties previously registered a marriage under foreign laws.
  3. In case one of the marriage parties previously registered a marriage under Thai law, a Thai certificate of Divorce or a court’s judgment is required.
  4. Copies of Thai Identification Card or Thai House Registration, if any.
