REGISTRATION
OF DIVORCE
Both divorce parties are required to submit an application in person.
Please make an appointment with the consulate’s official
in advance.
The following documents are required :
- Both
parties’ valid passports. The female party’s last name in
her passport must have already been changed to the husband’s last
name.
- An
original of Thai Certificate of Marriage
- Copies
of Thai Identification Card or Thai House Registration
Certificate of Divorce is issued free of charge.
