BIRTH CERTIFICATE

To obtain a Thai birth certificate for a Child who was born in Canada to a Thai father or a Thai mother, please submit the following documents :

  1. Parents' Passports including Thai Identification Card with 1 copy.
  2. Certificate of Marriage with 1 copy.
  3. Large size Canadian Birth Certificate issued by the office of Vital Statistics of Canada.
  4. One completed birth certificate application form.
  5. One completed legalization application form.

    Birth Certificates are issued free of charge
